Executive Council of ERA

ERA is managed by a team of outstanding Member Professionals. The management of ERA follows internationally accepted standards with a strong commitment to ethics, integrity, professionalism, and delivering meaningful benefits to its members and the executive recruitment community.

Apex Policy Planning Body

The Executive Council (EC) is the Apex Policy Planning Body of ERA. It provides strategic leadership, formulates policies, and guides the association in achieving its objectives while maintaining high standards of ethics and professionalism.

The Executive Council provides strategic direction and policy leadership for the Executive Recruiters Association.

Management & Coordination

ERA has different layers of management, each with clearly defined responsibilities. The Executive Council works closely with Chapter Conveners, Ethics Committee, ERA Secretariat, and other supporting teams to ensure efficient governance and effective execution of the association's activities.

Hierarchy and positions within the Executive Council

ERA's management structure consists of different functional bodies, each responsible for specific aspects of governance, administration, ethics, chapter management, and operational support.

Executive Council (EC) Apex Policy Planning Body of ERA.
Chapter Conveners Provide leadership to regional chapters and supervise chapter activities.
Chapter Co-Conveners Assist Chapter Conveners in managing chapter operations and supporting members.

ERA Secretariat Manages the day-to-day operations of the association through the Executive Director and a team of professionals.
Administrative Support Coordinates operational activities and member services.
Operational Management Ensures smooth execution of ERA's administrative responsibilities.

Ethics Committee Acts as a mediator to resolve disputes between ERA members or between members and their customers when both parties request mediation.

Professional Support Provides technical and operational support to ensure smooth functioning of the association.
